"Felt trustworthy to me"
Everything seemed really legit, at least from my experience. The brands looked original, and it was easy to feel like I could trust the place. I’m guessing others have felt the same way too?

Tracking worked well for my order. Got the link after it shipped and could see where the package was most of the time. One day with no update, which was a little annoying. But it still showed up when expected. Overall, a good experience. Just not perfect

"Easy order, but I felt a bit rushed"
I ordered a lamp from finnishdesignshop.com and overall it went really smoothly. The site was easy to use, though I did feel a little pressured to finish the order quickly, like I didn’t want to miss out or mess anything up. I got email updates along the way, and the package arrived well packed. Delivery took a few days, which I expected, so no complaints there. In the end, I’m really happy with the lamp.

"Checkout seemed safe, but no one followed up"
Checkout felt secure and the payment options were okay, so that part was fine. I just wish they had a few more local payment choices. Also, I never got any follow-up after my order, which was kind of annoying

I expected way better based on how this was presented. The packaging was awful, and the item showed up dusty and already scratched. They made it seem like it would arrive in great condition, but the reality was disappointing.

"Cancellation was easy, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I had to cancel my order right after placing it, and to be fair, they did sort it out quickly. The refund came back faster than I expected, which I appreciated. That said, the reply felt kind of short and like they just wanted to close the issue, so I did feel a little dismissed. Overall it was handled fine, just not especially warm

"Thought I Finally Found One in Stock"
I was happy at first because they showed the chair as in stock when a bunch of other places didn’t. I ordered it right away and the checkout went through without any backorder warning or anything, so I figured I was all set. Later on, though, it kind of felt like I’d been misled about the availability, which was really frustrating.

"Exactly What I Was Hoping For"
The item showed up just as described, and the size and color were exactly right. there were no surprises at all, which I really appreciate when ordering online. It felt good to open the package and get exactly what I was expecting

The items themselves were nice, so no complaints there. But the shipping was really slow, and the tracking barely updated for days, which made it even more frustrating. It ended up arriving much later than I expected. I also kind of felt like just a ticket number when trying to figure out what was going on, not like an actual customer

"Pretty happy with my order overall"
I ordered a lamp and a few small kitchen things from Finnish Design Shop, i’m happy with everything. The quality seems really good to me, solid, nicely made, and it all looks basically like it did in the photos. The packaging was fine too, and nothing arrived damaged. I’m giving 4 stars mostly because the prices do feel a bit high, though I suppose that kind of makes sense given the quality. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

"Nice products, but the site was annoying to use"
I really like a lot of the stuff on finnishdesignshop.com, and that part was kind of what kept me browsing. But the website itself was frustrating. Pages were loading slowly for me, and every time I went back, the filters seemed to reset, which got old fast. Checkout was also a bit clunky, with more steps than I expected and the shipping info wasn’t super clear until somewhere in there. It’s not the worst thing I’ve used, but for a site like this, I thought it would be smoother.

"Didnt realize customs fees would be extra"
I ordered thinking the price was pretty much final but then got hit with import fees later. It was kind of frustrating because I didnt feel like that was made clear enough upfront
